Nokia has released N97 out in stores. Well, actually they are available in Europe and Asia only for now but will soon be available worldwide. It’s been a long since Nokia has released a touch-screen mobile phone so I hope it works for Nokia. Anyways, Nokia has stated that it’s the world’s most advanced mobile computer, which will transform the way people connect to the Internet and to each other. With QWERTY keypad, 5 mp camera, touch-screen display, 16:9 widescreen display, DVD quality video capture, continuous playback time of up to 1.5 days, supports of up to 48 GB of storage, including 32 GB of on-board memory, expandable with a 16 GB microSD card for music, media and more and the big price tag of €550 ($695), Nokia released this new flagship on Dec 2,2008. The drawback though pointed out by the experts from Gizmodo is about the resistive touchscreen which were immediately noticeable when dragging widgets around the desktop.
A resistive touchscreen relies on pressing two layers of screen together with a fingernail or stylus to register a signal, so it is not as responsive as a capacitive screen which is driven by the natural electricity in your fingers. - GizmodoAnyways, my good luck is with Nokia N97 but it would have worked it the price was a little less around $400.
