Want to design Dog Tags for your dog?

I personally don’t own a dog or a cat but I’ve seen many who are very fond of animals. I’ve seen people love, take care and even dress up their pets like their kids. I’ve always wondered why people spend so much on dog food, dog soaps and other pet stuffs. And I was even more shocked to know about this site called FatStatement.com which launched their new product - custom dog tags. I mean dog food is little considerable but dog tags!!! Who gives damn about dog tags?

I agree that Fat Statement has added a facility of allowing you to customize your dog tags; you can have your own design or the design that suits your dog’s personality in the tags with the help of their interactive design editor but still I feel that it’s not going to be enough to attract the dog owners and it’s not going to work. There may be very few who would be interested in designing their dog tags or even ordering one online. And the earning Fat Statement is going to make isn’t going to be that high. I really appreciate the concept and innovation behind it but I don’t think that it can survive the market in long run. But even if it survives and make a huge profit, I won’t be surprised at all. After all, stranger thinks have happened.
